Only 5% of the ways of freight used for 70 % of occupation on the ground. The hermetic enclosures of the industries and the sideboards limit the access to the Seine

Creation of an economic pole favoring the access to the Seine and reconnecting the various systems between them and in the water

Enclaves generated by the economy

Open partially these cadastral parcels and return them permeable to make for a better connection with the Seine. Reconnect the urban fabric to the Seine and requalify ways to make accessible quays.

Intervention's modes

Stretch hillsides towards the Seine, stretch quays until the MIN and extend the valley of Cailly towards the center

Realization's process of the project

Assert an economic centrality turned to MIN and creation of 2000 housing and a cultural programmatic route

Programmatic distribution

Moving of the train yard of Canteleu to the left bank. Conservation of a single way of freight serving the economy and the futur train station. Moving of the big flow behind and soft mode along quays in the entrance of the old center of Rouen. Creation of transversal road from the hill to the Seine.
